Orders
At this time, we are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been placed through the website. Please contact us atservice@zenest.co if you need to make order changes.
If you accidentally placed an order you do not want or changed the item you wish to purchase, please contact us at service@zenest.ca and we will aid you with your need!
Payments
Several provinces and countries have legislation to charge taxes on online orders entering. This is determined and applied by each individual territory.You may see the taxes on your online purchases at payment page.
Shipping
At this time, we ship with Canada post for domestic orders and UPS for international orders. Detailed options will be outlined at checkout, but please feel free to contact our support team for full shipping information.
The processing time for Zenest products is handled within in the next 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer experience team.
If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the desired location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.Additionally, packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. We suggest waiting 3 business days for your package to arrive after the listed delivered date. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us atservice@zenest.coand we will find a solution!
Sizing
At Zenest, we uses standard Queen/King size specs for our pillowcases.
For Queen size dimension: 20 x 30 in, 51 x 76 cm
For King size dimension: 20 x 36 in, 51 x 92 cm
